Return & Exchange Policy

We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Forever Changing. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help with a straightforward return and exchange process.

Returns
1. Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

2. Process:
- To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Center at Forever Changing.co or contact our Customer Service at ( WeChanginginfo@gmail.com
- Fill out the return form included in your order and place it in the package with the items you are returning.
- Securely pack the items and ship them using a trackable shipping service to the address provided in the return instructions.

3. Refunds:
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges
1. Eligibility:
- Items must be exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

2. Process:
- To initiate an exchange, please visit our Returns Center at Forever Chnaging.co or contact our Customer Service at Wechanginginfo@gmail.com .
- Specify the new item(s) you would like to receive in exchange. If the desired item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative options.
- Place the items for exchange in the package with the completed exchange form and ship them using a trackable shipping service to the address provided in the exchange instructions.

3. Shipping:
- We will cover the shipping cost for the first exchange. Any subsequent exchanges for the same order will require the customer to cover shipping costs.
- Once we receive your exchange, we will process the new item(s) and ship them to you at no additional cost.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service immediately at Wechanginginfo@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the defect. We will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
